"This is the day I open to RECEIVE

             a new me is emerging."

This is a meditation passed on by Orin and DaBen

I choose to change the nouns or even omit them but the essence is the same for I cannot change their beautiful thoughts, as they are also mine.

"I take a deep breath in

I relax my body,

Letting my breathing open up areas of my body

That have been closed.

I feel myself growing more peaceful within

My mind is clear and alert

I am at peace with myself and the world

Put your hand on your heart and say to yourself

"I open to receive my higher good"

I open to receive light

Letting my heart center fill with my Soul's light.

I draw more and more light to me

I bring light into my cells

And into every area, cell of my body

I open to receive joy

I fill myself with my soul's joy.

I open to receive peace.

I feel my soul's serenity.

Waves of peace flow through me.

I open to receive abundance

I accept my abundance

I now allow abundance

Into every area of my life.

I think now of an area I would like

To receive more abundance in.

As I think of it. . .

I feel my soul's presence all around me.

I think of something I want to draw into my life

RIGHT NOW

I open to receive this or even better into my life.

I picture this coming easily, effortlessly,

And joyfully into my life.

I am now magnetic to this.

I believe I deserve to have it.

I now allow this or even better - - into my life.

I give thanks to the universe

In advance for receiving it. 

I think of some of the things

I have already opened to receive

I acknowledge my ability to receive

I OPEN TO RECEIVE

ALL the gifts my soul has to send me

I deserve to have a good life,

A joyful life,

A life that works for me.

I open to receive love from everyone

And everywhere in the universe.

I open to receive everything

That is for my higher good.

I am now magnetic to everything

That is for my higher good

And it is magnetic to me!

And then I just had to add my dear friend

Patti Garrett's words of Wisdom . . .

"Yet in my heart of hearts, I know who I am -- a beloved child of God who is living a life so filled with possibility that a new me is continually emerging.  Each day I am made anew.  Each moment of the day is an opportunity for me to learn and to grow in my awareness of God.  Every experience of my life is a Train experience --- one that reveals more of the new me that is emerging.

"I am a different person today than I was as a child, and I become a new person with new outlooks and attitudes with every experience.  Every day is an opportunity to reveal the new me that is emerging.

I'm not sure why but at times when I see your

essence it is so very beautiful I believe it is what you will become, or perhaps what you already are

at another dimension . . .
