While I see flexibility in doing eft--whatever works---, the point as I saw it
was that the "even though" acknowledges the negative emotions, lack of
acceptance or desire to have these negative feelings and then to balance it out
with acceptance and love. But whatever works... I am just not certain that you
will get the full benefits available if you delete, adding on is another thing.
