Description

The Wilderness Rescue Competition began in October of 1978 to provide an arena to provide training and competition in technical rope rescue and wilderness EMS. Twenty-six successful events have been hosted since then! In 1994, a concerned group of participants formed TRC, Inc. to ensure that this important aspect of EMS and technical rescue would continue.

TRC Inc. is in the process of expanding the number and types of rope rescue competitions in Texas and requests that anybody that has an interest join and contribute.

This is the "official" Yahoo! gropup of TRC, Inc. to support those interested in particapating in either in the Competition or as a volunteer (staff, judging, etc).

Our website is constantly updated with TRC and technical information as well as training subjects. Please check it out at your leisure!
