I listened to it a couple of times a day for a week, in fact one day I just had it looping as I worked and then just noticed my expanding stomach wasn't in the way any more.
Can't say I've had any noticeable cravings for salmon myself since listening to it, though did have a smoked salmon binge a while back which probably counts.
