Hello, Thanks for the response. I made a long belt like thing with
pouches and I put the stones of the appropriate color in for a chakra
session. I've done this three times since Friday, the first time I
did it for 20 minutes and didn't really feel the effects but the
second and third time I went over the 20 minutes. First my stomach
and intestines really rummbled, no discomfort then after I was past
the 20 minute mark I started getting weird shivers that lasted a few
minutes then I was feeling tingly and I ended the session. The
following morning I went again and I didn't really get any shivers but
I got a strange tingly sensation and the stomach rummbles. After that
I went back to sleep and still felt a little tingly later when I woke
up. I also felt very warm by the end of each session, except the first.
Just a note: I have had gall bladder attacks, I get constipated,I
have very painful cramps during my time of month and I have other
aches and pains. I'm hoping these will fade away after a bit.
Does this sound normal to you?
Thanks.
