Excellent! Time to explore and have fun :)
I would suggest you leave the Cell in the water permanently, checking
it every week or so and giving it a rinse in hot water before
replacing it.
As to whether you should put energy in or out, this you can tell by
experimenting.
As a general rule of thumb always start by putting energy into an
area. If the pain or sensation starts to intensify then switch it
round for a while and see how that feels.
For headaches I always find pulling energy out works best and just
recently when I badly hurt my shoulder, energy flowing in was just
too excruciating so I pulled a little out for a day or two before
taping Cells on in the normal way.
Also, one of the Cells you have with the kit will be opal or clear
and the energy flows out of the rounded side in those so if you use
that taped on flat the energy will be pulling out in that style.
These are also very nice to tape, rounded side against you, into your
navel to give your whole abdomen a nice boost, and especially good
for women having hormonal upsets or for a few days leading up to
their monthlies.
As Tachyon is non-hertzian the colour SHOULDN'T make a difference but
I find it does and people definitely muscle test positive for either
their favourite colour or one that is most suitable for their needs,
so again experiment and see what works best for what you are working
with at the time.
I like to use sapphire for pain although the red Cells work extremely
well for lower back and shoulder pain for me and emerald or yellow is
always soothing for stomach upsets.
Whatever you make to hold the Cells just be sure they are very secure
as I have lost far too many by dropping them!
Let us know how you get on.
Love,
Nicola
