Eolake,

I have taken Vertical Reality 1 , formerly Quality of One, and have a
level 1 vortex pendant. I found the class helpful and and planning
to take level 2 whenever its location and schedule meshes with mine. I
do think that it has made a difference in my ability to stay vertical
in difficult situations although wearing it didn't cause me to feel a
big difference as it apparently does for some people. I am sure that
one can reach the same level of verticality without one but that it
would take more time and effort. It is sort of like a prothesis. My
teacher, Dr Ramesh, indicated that after a time , 7-10 years, he no
longer needed to wear his to remain vertical but still wears it at
times as an aid.

I think that there are actually more classes available in Europe than
the US so you may be able to get to one fairly easily. For some reason
I am assuming that many of the people on her are from Great Britain.
