They're only available as part of the Quality of One workshops and are designed to stabilise and help maintain the vertical energy alignment which is attained during those workshops.

And as everyone can't attend workshops, or don't want to, I devised a way to verticalise the energy system at home which works very nicely and I am quite pleased with.
