Good and bad results are welcome, as well as questions and information about specific procedures and surgeons. Speech therapy pre- and post-op is also on-topic. Tracheal shaves are on-topic as well, since they are TS-related voice box surgeries which can potentially affect the voice. The use of and efficacy of androgens in FtM voice changes is welcome. In addition, acid reflux has been seen to be potentially problematic and is thus on-topic.

Pitch changing surgery is sometimes a last resort used when speech therapy alone fails to allow a comfortable transition. Serious thought should be given prior to undergoing surgery.
