Hi All,

I suffered a lot from migraine for years. Symptoms in my case were headache, upset stomach and omitting. аI started Kapalbhathi, Anulom Vilom andа Bhramari before two years on daily basis. Within first year I got rid of omitting, it stopped completely and headache, I got partial relief, the severity got reduced. After two years I can see myself free of this disease.

Thanks to Baba Ramdev who brought this change in my life without any external medicine. аOnly patience is required.

The whole world takes the cow as their mother. The reason is that the birth-giving mother gives milk to its child only for one or two years, but the mother cow gives milk throughout its life, which is like nectar. A black cow is tied in the Shiva temple, and when we see the Shiva along with the black cow then we are able to overcome the malefic effects of planets in our natal horoscope. When we see the ankles of the cow we protect ourselves from sudden deaths. Circumambulating the cow is equivalent to visiting all of the holy places. As the peepal tree and tulasi plant give oxygen similarly cow is the only animal which purifies the air. If one spoon of pure ghee is poured on burning cow dung (in homa) then they can produce one-ton of pure air, therefore ghee made with cow milk is used in sacrificial fires and havans. There is no better method to remove pollution.

Cow milk, butter, ghee and buttermilk are like nectar. The cow dung is not faeces, but a purifier. It helps produce the best quality grains, fruits, and vegetables when used as manure. Cow urine is a divine medicine and is a natural pesticide for crops. Pure ghee made with cow milk poured on burning cow cakes dung, produces a smoke that subsides the effect of poisonous gas. Cow urine contains copper, which is converted into gold inside the human body. It removes all toxicity. Drinking cow milk gives strength and increases the pure qualities in the human mind.

The horns and back hump of the cow are like two powerful pyramids. We receive the strengths of the stars and sun through the medium of cow dung, milk, curd, ghee, etc. The place where the cow is tied does not produce any vastu related ill effects. If there is any malefic effect of any planet, serving the cow with chapatti and jaggery calms down the malefic effect.

The following are some of my personal experiences treating people with cow urine therapy. A person was suffering with cancer and had been told that they would not survive for long; cow therapy was done on many such cases. Out of the many patients, who were suffering with cancer for the last 4 years, many are now leading a healthy life. In the same way, a diabetes patient who was taking insulin and having a sugar level of 488 or 420 did not have the necessity to take insulin after the treatment of cow urine. In the same way AIDS, asthma, psoriasis, eczema, blood pressure, heart disease, prostrate, piles, etc., also have been cured with this treatment. Premchand Rathore was suffering from asthma and isnophilia. He had palpitations and cough along with phlegm. He is now enjoying a healthy life after taking cow urine therapy. The cough and phlegm reduced. Mrs. Sharda Jalani was having varicose veins and dysmenorrhea. She used to have swollen nerves, pain, and swelling as soon as she used to stand up and it was very painful at the time of menses. She was advised to undergo operation for both of these problems. I am Chandrakant. I am an IT engineer working in abroad. I am so much
impressed by Swami Ramdevji Maharaj. I met Swamiji in Japan.
I was doing yoga and exercise but I never know about the Pranayam.
  I want to share my experience with all of you. My vision got down in
2006. Then I asked eye specialist in India and here in abroad also
about improving eyesight. The eye specialist told either eyeglass or
surgery is the only way. I never want the specs.I just wear the
eyeglass for 2 months then I throw the eyeglass.

  Then I saw Swamiji`s eye DVD. I implemented it 9 months to 1 year.
Afer 9 months my vision improved. I removed the eyeglass.
I have the medical record(prescription) of the hospital s in abroad.
I want to paste it here. My eye record in 2006 and 2007 is changed.
Yes the eye sight can be improved by YOG and AYURVED.
There is no record of improved eyesight of any patient in the country
I am living. Everybody get surprise how this is possible. Allopathic
eye specialist says eyesight cannot be improved.

Swamiji is so great. He again bring the Rishi-Muni Sanskriti. I also
try to follow Rishi way of life as much as I can. We shall make all
our India a country of YOG and AYURVED. Yog is our tradition.

I experienced many great and powerful changes in my life because of
Pranayam. I don't need warm sweater during winter. I just go on normal
shirt and pant in the office. The people ask me. I say them I am
Indian Yogi. Yogi does not care of winter. When I do Pranyam in the
morning my body get warm and I feel power in my body. I never catch
cold also. All this is because of Swamiji`s Pranayam only.

Baba Ramdev, the Yoga Guru, will conduct a 10 day yoga camp to impart training to personnel of Central para-military forces from October 17th, 2008.
This is part of the efforts made by the Ministry of Home Affairs for stress management among the personnel.
About three to four thousand personnel from all central para-military forces will be trained during the camp.
They will impart further training in yoga to the personnel of their own battalions so that the personnel posted in remote areas can also benefit from yoga.
Over 60,000 personnel of para-military forces have undergone art of living course conducted by the Vyakti Vikas Kendra.
