| YOG AND PRANAYAM CURED DIABETES |

Respected Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj! Namaskar! I was a diabetic. I could not participate in your camp but watched your program on Indian TV Channel and have been practicing Yog and pranayam for the last one year. It cured my disease. Presently my sugar level is normal. Two years back the fasting sugar level was 150 and PP sugar level was 195, which is now 75 and 116 respectively from the day I started practicing Yog and pranayam. Now my whole family (my wife, two sons and one daughter) practice Yog regularly. I have taught Yog and pranayam to at least 25 to 30 Nm people and they are getting good results. Yog and pranayam are curing some peculiar diseases, where the Ayuvedic Products failed to show results. People are worshipping you like God. We thank you a million times. Yours truly, Dr. V. S.
