Respected Swami ji Namaste! I have noticed surprising results in some diseases under the mission of teaching Yog to one thousand people. My colleague working in railways used to snore heavily. I advised them to practice ujjayi pranayam with more concentration. Surprising results were noticed and snoring stopped within three months. Pragati Mohan used to suffer with partial headache, she poured few drops of lukewarm ghee prepared with cow milk in the right nostril and the headache vanished immediately.
