Most revered Swami Ji Maharaj! Namaskar! I am 36 years old. I have been suffering with high blood pressure, sugar, and acidity for the last 8 to 9 years. Yog camps are organized at several institutions in my city. I attended many camps but did not find any benefits. I consulted the doctor in the month of August and they asked me to visit the heart centre in the city. I visited Murlidhar Aggarawal's Yog centre in Khemka. The centre imparts free training of Yog as per your directions. I learnt Yog from the same centre. Regular practice for one and half hour everyday brought down the sugar level to 140 from 300- 350 within four days. Insomnia, hand and leg pain also vanished.
