I hope that everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather outside!  I hope practicums are coming along- please do not hesitate to touch base with one of us if you feel things are not moving at the right speed ... we value your commitment and dedication and want your experience to be rewarding and more that you hoped ... in the best possible way!

I just wanted to touch base and clarify a question that was asked earlier ... I had someone call my office and leave a message about (not) receiving their certificate.  Certificates are issued at the point of successful completion of the practicum, and the person completing the practicum gives their completed form to their mentor, to Kate, or to me directly as I am the one that verifies the hours and creates the certificate.  If someone needs a letter that they completed 63 hours of training, I can provide that upon request. 

We had someone earn their certificate today ... Kudos!

Also, I have had 3 listserv invites return to me, so if you see a JARS training classmate, and they have NOT received an invite, please ask them to email me.
