Greetings! 

 

My humble apologies for the late reminder (and late volunteer notification).  Unfortunately the agency/ED laptop is failing, and it has been relatively unreliable to simply not usable over the past few days.  I should be resolving this issue with a new one within the next couple of weeks, so please be patient.  I will update toolkits, H Drives, etc. as soon as I have a reliable computer.

 

Please be reminded that staff meeting is Tuesday at 11am, at the Community Benefits Real Estate Office, at 227 West High.  This month ONLY staff meeting is one week early- In October it will resume the normal pattern of the second Tuesday of the month.  Park in the rear lot, and enter through the rear door 2 houses over.  The Board Room is immediately to your right.  Lunch will be provided by the agency, and attendance is mandatory for all staff EXCEPT the person covering hotline, and the person staffing the Administrative Office.  We will start promptly at 11am, so please be on time if not early.

 

The Training/In-service this meeting will be Case Note/Case File Documentation by PCADV and PFAD/Pro Se PFAs by Jamie and Linda.  Volunteers are welcome to join us for the training portion of the meeting.  Just a reminder, staff are required to complete 20 hours of training each year before July 1^st, and volunteers are required to attain 8 hours of training a year.

 

For the Advocacy Team portion of the meeting (immediately prior to conclusion)- please be prepared to discuss:
