Since my surgery in 1996, I have been through the period of indecision as to whether or not Hormone Replacement (estrogen) is good for me or bad for me. I have taken a declining dose of Premarin ...recently 0.3 mg. and now (March 2004) it's been reported that the only thing it's good for is preventing hip fracture. It costs in increased blood clots and strokes to do that; so now I am going to treat my surgical menopause with a healthy diet, exercise and a positive attitude. No more pills for this Meno-Babe!
