Yes indeedy, there could be trouble, especially in an incomplete series of
structural integration such as the 1-3 series.
I have seen severely hanging breasts and belly, in fact I once cleaned up
that issue after a severe complaint about the original work by someone else.
(That SI practitioner had documented with photos and other observations.) It
worked fairly well to complete the series with special attention to
the lateral line/core.
