can anyone out there explain why it is that when i drift off into the pre-sleep state that i twitch, in various locations, until crossing the lethe? this has been happening lately with a greater frequency than i have ever noticed before. it someitmes happens with clients in non si related work, and sometimes it does not. any ideas or info about this phenomenon would be apeciated. thanks in advance,
