Re - Leg Pain,

I used to work on 10K, marathon, college track team and Olympic team
runners. I also deal with people who retighten with physical effort.
And I do a Stretching the fascia program internationally, for one on
one, and did it for seniors' classes for 1-1/2 years in L.A.

Not only does the fascia get re-bunched up, but most people I have
found, do not get enough vegetable source calcium, magnesium and
potassium as well as B-Vits and other trace minerals to keep the
neuro-muscular part relaxed enough in activity, or after activity,
nor is the fascia and muscle fiber system kept soft enough and
plyable enough to not be bunching up in the midst of the activit.
This is true even when people take pills, capsules and liquid
minerals. And they don't usually stretch enough on their own,
either.

I have recently heard natural health experts who work for large
nutrition supplement companies, and experts who own and/or run living
food centers. They all have re-taught me that very large bowlsful of
dark green leafy vegetables, and/or baby greens like sunflower greens
and some buckwheat lettuce greens and some alfalfa and clover
sprouts, all regenerate tissue even if torn very fast and it makes
the structure very strong and supple at the same time. Adding kelp.
wakame and dulse seaweed in large amounts also helps a lot and even
heals bones prettyy fast. I, myself, had some incredible experiences
at a place in Michigan in 2004.

So besides the structural analysis as is done in the Bodywork, this
might be of help for the man. He can contact Creative Health
Institute, Don Haughey owner, in Union City, Michigan, a/c 517 -
278-6260 and Don has an email address from their site. There is also
the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico, Leola is the program
director and a person to contact. There is also an article on
http://www.assemblyofyahweh.com in the living food section about Ann
Wigmore and her living food program complete with mention of
different green and seaweed parts of the program. You may also
contact Ms Hiawatha Cromer at that center - she was for 9 years, the
program director at Creative Health Inst.

I have an article I wrote called Life Force and Green Leafy
Vegetables. I'll send it as an email attachment to anyone who asks
me: louisryoshin@...

Best
Lou
