A client of mine, he did the 10 series at least 15 years ago, and touch ups from
time to time,
has come in with a situation.
He is 53 and says his legs hurt. His words are something like, "I used to be
able to walk
around the house without shoes, now if I do that my legs hurt. I need to wear a
jogging
shoe in the house"
He was a "social" runner, 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week at a pace he enjoyed,
(says he
would like to start up with Spring coming, but his legs hurt.) His health &
weight are good
and he takes no medications.
If I work the legs he says they are good again, for awhile and then the problem
starts again.
