Robb,
These are mp3 files and some versions of Quicktime Player, which is
standard software on at least OS 7.6 on, will open and play them.
If it doesn't then you will need to download an mp3 player. Try
versiontracker.com. To save the files to your hard disk try control
click on the link. You should get a contextual menu which gives you
the option of saving the file or link to your machine.
