IASI, an educational soiree...
Janice and I adventure,
The Youth Hostel across the Charles,
The price is right, we nourish each other,
No need for status or laurels.
Gathering Friday at the Hyatt,
Who’s talking to who?,
Superficial contact,
“Hello, how are you?”
Tables of vendors,
Sharing, selling, promoting,
Grace and ease with balance,
And whole body emoting.
The food was great and plenty,
Crab cakes, scallops and more,
Offered by circulating Tuxedoes,
Small talk to sharing our lore.
Moving Forward begins with Tom Meyers,
Well, Mike Kastris does the introductions,
Tom is all heart with an intellect for factual,
Shared of the Facial Research, at Harvard,
Science types describing the natural.
Tom is sometimes Obie Wan Kenobi,
And occassionally Hans Solo,
His inner Darth Vader to maintain control,
Presides over us all
We are loosely under control.......
At the Facial Congress we’re getting validation,
Recognition for what we know,
Big words and big concepts,
To describe how we all go.....
Judith Astin then takes the stage,
Playful, room for fun and rage,
She is the perfect powerful elf,

Experience and practice become teachers,

Too many classes to experience,
Like Disneyland, “Where do I go?”
I apologize for not reporting more,
This is just too big of a show.
Ours is the world of touch,
Tangible, real, it matters,
Sometimes words they fail us,
Peace with gravity or else we spatters.
The contact-deprived as children,
We create a life of loving touch,
Structural Integration is the vehicle,
Expressing love, never too much.
Wounded healers all of us,
Abused, abandoned, forlorn,
Building a life of service,
Touching the broken and worn.
I took the G-D. test,
If I failed, I don’t give a s**t,
Intellectual testing, I don’t like it,
Not even one little bit.
Paralysis through analysis,
We should test on undulation,
Relationship to Human Beings,
Heal the world and even a nation.
Joseph presided over Completion,
Holding hands we connected our tissues,
The space of love and belonging,
Melted ALL of our issues.
Next we’ll be bigger and better,
Hellerwork, Vancouver, 2008,
Then IASI in Malta, 2009
I’m saving money,
Those trips will be mine.
Oh Ida, you still hold us together,
Magnificent, Ecstatic, Belonging,
Pressure and tension in tensegrity balance,
Grateful, serene and complete.
