You could have joined a group of us who met in the restaurant/bar
afterwards to kvetch and comment. Their sirloin steak was good, if
rather pricey. The Ravenswood Zin was OK, but I'm extra picky.

The Rolf Forum has also had lots of comment about the FRC (Fascial
Research Conference) and the IASI Symposium. For me, the cellular
and tissue research was nice, but didn't pass the "so what" test as
to practical applications for clients. The IASI talks did, plain and
simple.

I don't know about Malta in 2009, though...
