Re: [Structural_Integration] Re:Posture, vision and golf

Hi Hans,

What are the tongue exercises please - like sticking tongue way out as in Lion
pose in Yoga? What else also?

--------------

For all, please...

And - does anyone know please how to fix a deviated sceptum? I have one =-
got the CT scan - shows how I banged the nose to the right on the left side,
and whole left is narrowed in nostril and nose does shit away to the right in a
bend. Has been restricted this way for 43 years since the accident in college,
and I think the lower part of the nostril is pushed to the right. That is how
the air passages in the CT scan seem to look. I had good Hellerwork 24 years
ago and he did open the airway in steps 7 and 10 as well, and in 10, the
significant pain that was there in step 7 was greatly reduced - but nothing for
the specific way to push the sceptum back in alignment.

I really do not get almost any air up thru there on the left side. I can get
a little more if I pull the bottom outer edge of the left nostril to the left,
but not too much more.

Someone kindly told me how at least a year ago but my emails got changed and
I think I lot the instruction. I was going to work on myself but could not
clearly think of it as it was recently discovered I had a staph infection
systemically and it was in the brain as well. Getting better now with the
proper medicines and so forth. But I would like to fix my sceptum if I could.
Thanks.

Lou Gross - email or even call me 321-726-9083 and voicemail only
