If you're asking is there a way to change bone shape using SI, I would say
not in the scope of a single session. The metal "frankenstein" cast I've seen
on a couple client's wrists that locks metal pins inserted into bone might be
able to change bone (I think it's a russian procedure), but it takes months.

Is this a structural issue or aesthetic issue? If the acromion is causing
problems like "fraying" her infraspinatus or restricting her ROM significantly,
I
don't see any other way to change it other than surgery. Orthoscoping
surgery in this area plus rehab shouldn't be to bad. Be sure she visits you
after the incisions are healed. You can take months off rehab time.

If the bone is fraying a tendon then it definitely needs orthoscopic surgery - not a big deal from what I've heard and will save the tendon. Marilyn ... From:...
