Hello Mommies and Daddies!
Maria Ord of the Camino Medical Group (with a new facility near El
Camino and Hwy 85) has been holding mom and baby classes to encourage
healthy lifestyle choices for new families. Amy B. and I went to her
last class to share about StrollerHikes. Maria is wondering if
anyone would like to represent StrollerHikes at her current class.

If you're interested, please let me know. The class is relatively
informal, so the presentation could be brief with a lot of time for Q
& A at the end. I brought a slideshow with a lot of photos in it, to
plug the social aspect of the events and access to nature and light
to moderate exercise. Last time, moms were most interested to find
out how suitable the events would be for moms just getting back into
exercise, with needs to nurse or change baby along the way. The moms
we spoke to were excited about the huge range of stroller-friendly
hikes in the area, the fact that the site and events are free (except
occasional park or parking fees), and the fact that hike events occur
at a wide range of times and places. I am happy to equip you with
the slideshow on CD as well as some business cards for StrollerHikes,
but am unable to attend this presentation, myself. Maria was hoping
to present StrollerHikes on Monday, March 31st, between 10:30 and 11
am.
