I had thyroid surgery last Tuesday. The first day was rough but I am better and
home now.  The worst part is  the pain in my neck and back from laying so much. 
I am now on the road to recovery and doing ok.  They only had to remove the left
lobe of the thyroid but the right lobe is not kicking in yet,  so I will have to
start more medication sooner.  My calcium levels are also remaining low and I am
on 3 different types of calcium meds.  Hopefully these will get back to normal
soon.  Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes.
