i've been in PT for about 4 weeks now and because i came off of the
Prednisone they decided to put me in the pool. Wow! my Wellness center
has an arthritis pool and they take PT patients into it also.
it was a good experience and i am glad that i am doing it. i also
learned something new, there is a small machine as you return to the
locker room. you put your suit in this and it spins the water out!!!
