You know Barbara, I didn't know that was connected. Not last night, but the night before when I took the Benedryl, my legs spasmed so bad that I woke up my husband to help me because it was painful.

 

I guess that I need to stay away from Benedryl as much as possible.

I have SCI also and if I take benadryl or tylenol pm I have leg spasms ALL night long!
