There's two females I know that talk frankly with me about this and the commmon factor is pain associated with it. Bad enough not walking, the UTI's and such but adding insult to "injury" there's that. Going from "I have a headache" to "it gives me a headache"
I can perform somewhat normally though it takes about 30 mins of the act to get to the big O. I know, I know..."so what's the problem with that?" And wouldn't any woman love it? A guy that doesn't just jump on and jump off!
I have yet to figure out the answer to that except to say guys are typically sprinters, women are marathoners in that arena. As such, men's minds don't stay focussed that long.

Now that a giant can of worms has been opened, it's time to leave it alone.
Since the surgery, I never have had the pains so prevailant in the SCI world so can't identify with it. I do wonder though if it is a result of the muscles cramping up so much it causes tension
aches. Would baclofen help in that way? Just a thought.
