bowel Management   Message List

Hello all.
I am new to the site and a new member of the SCI family and I have a
question about bowel management that I am too embaressed to ask anyone.
Anyway this is it. When sitting on the bathroom chair and trying to
stimulate my anal muscles with the old index finger I am finding it
very difficult to get my arm between my legs without feeling like I am
about to break the arm. Also the seat appears to be too small to fit my
arm and still have my anal passage over the toilet bowl. Am I stupid or
am I using the wrong type of toilet chair? It just seems like there
must be an easier way to achieve this necessary evil without the
extreme discomfort and mess that I am experiencing every other
day.Please help.
