Does anyone else have to deal with heating pad burns? I need the heating pad to help "thaw" my joints to help me move. Sometimes, not always, they heating pad gives me a burn where my skin is red and will end up pealing. It doesn't hurt when it happens and I try to limit my exposure, but it still occurs. I'm sure it is due to the poor circulation. Can anyone give me advice about what I could do to improve my situation and prevent burns. I know I could stop using it, but then couldn't move.
