Please be aware if you order from PREFFERED MEDICAL or the also goes
by the name of MMAR MEDICAL GROUP INC.I purchased a pair of Drew
shoes which are suppose to be good for people who are paralyzed. I
found that the shoes did not have a soft innersole so I wanted to
return them... since I placed my order they revamped their website.
When I called to get a authorization number a very rude man yelled
at me telling me that I could not return them... I can't believe how
rude he was... I ended up hanging up on him and calling the Drew
shoe company, they told me they will take care of it.... how
nice... Preferred Medical sells all kinds of medical supplies along
with wheelchairs.... believe me they are off my list for sure.
