This community is a medical education group that is committed to helping individuals who have and/or are continuing to suffer from an Spinal Disorder or any type.

This is the moderated version of Spinal Disorders Support. Only inappropriate posts, either in content or those that are inconsistent with the mission of this group, will be moderated. All others, post in peace, and may you find the road to recovery!

The members at the Spinal Disorders Support Group Community take it upon themselves to educate themselves and to assist in educating and supporting others about treatment alternatives, resources, and other paths to recovery. The group is open to these who suffer with any of following, or other unmentioned Spinal conditions:

Spinal Disorders, Spinal Cord Injuries, General Neurology, individuals suffering from herniated/ruptured discs, slipped discs, or any back pain problems concerning the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum, or coccyx of the spinal column. This includes those have had or are considering having spinal surgeries, such as a discectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusions, or other surgeries. This group includes as well individuals suffering from any forms of arthritis generally caused by or causing spinal disorders and Chronic Back Pain.

In order to keep this group a friendly, supportive, inviting place for everyone, all members should remember to interact with kindness, compassion and respect whether asking for ideas, offering suggestions, agreeing, disagreeing, or just sharing information. This list is not intended to maintain or espouse religious or political information. It should go without saying that personal information shared within this group will remain confidential. The dignity and respect of every member will be maintained.
