thats clost to dallas ,i also tryed everything and
lost a few pounds and gain ten.i would like to lose 50
pounds.
Well, we both are going to start monday then. So, Saturday I am going to be going shopping for the things I need for the program also. I'm not always motivated myself but then we can just motivate each other into sticking to the program and set our mind to losing weight. You have a great weekend also.
This sounds good. I need to go grocery shopping then cause all i have is super junk food...lol. I have a huge problem with believing in myself i always think the worst and negative so that is why i always fail at trying to lose weight. Sounds good. Im starting on monday. im just finishing up my finals and last projects,after that i can concentrate on exercising. I think about doing either pilates and Jillian Michaels workouts. I'd like to do at least 5 days a week. wut do u think.?? My biggest weakness is working out i really dread it. but im ready to give it my all your help im sure i can do this and we can succeed together. let me know wut u think? so wut are your plans what do you plan on doing??

sure that sounds great. I started changing eating yesterday. I am
hoping next thrusday when i check my weekly weight that it will say
that i have lost something. I don't eat late at nite ne ways, just a
juice or water cause its so dry here. How long have you been dieting
with this plan?
I wish i was that weight...lol. But that is cool that you want to get
back to your original weight. i just started teh diest yesterday too,
it defintely takes discipline. But i think we can do it. Besides us
being in our 20's help because we are taking care of the weight issues
before it goes to far , cause sadly the older you get the harder it is
to lose the weight, specially for women! Well good luck on your losing
weight.

I was lucky, when I got all the special K stuff. Our fridge was empty
cause of we had to empty it when we left for the hoildays, so i got to
start from scratch and my hubby had to get what i wanted...lol. Its all
healthy , cept i think i need more fruit

the will not be any more late night eating and no more white bread and

Hi my name is max the short version of my real name but it will do. I
would love to be your on line buddy in this walk to lose weight. I've
started with changing my eating habits. No more white bread, no more
late night raids in the refrigerator. I have also started to eat more
vegetables and fruits. The body just wont let me abuse it any more. I
did very well up until the surgery but now I'm struggling. I think
because the knee hasn't heal as yet it is taking me longer to get back
down. I am also looking to find some in door exercise to keep me going.
Hi Monica it's nice hearing from you. I know its scary but you have a
friend to go through this with you so don't pass up the chance to
make it work for you it might be hard at first but we all have that
inner drive to succeed regardless of what we feel inside. There are
many of other disorders that are far worst than an eating one. It
will take you one day at a time but you can do it I have faith in the
human insight we have when the body tells you its time to fight for
your life, instance takes over for survival. God bless you and good

Hi Everybody,
I just joined so haven't even started the program yet. But will in
about a week I need to stock my pantry with some of the products first.
I am 54 years old, a type 2 diabetic, I have osteoarthritis in my
knees, really severe. I need to have both knees replaced. I have a lot
of weight to lose, around 150 pounds or so. I really need to join a
team or have a buddy to help me. I love sweets and that is my
downfall. This season doesn't help much either.
Since I walk with a cane and have been advised not to walk much
because of the condition my knees are in, I don't get much exercise. I
can't swim because of some complications from being a diabetic. I have
an open ulcer on my leg which won't heal and that keeps me from
swimming. I am thinking of ordering a program called Core Rhythms, has
anyone tried that or heard anything about it? I have to do something,
I recently had back surgery and need something to help strengthen
those muscles.
