i am 26 years oldoldes daughter is 9 smallest is 3. When i had no kids, and even
when i had my first daughter i was olny 110 pounds. after i had my second and
then my third 2years after i cant go lower than 145 . My hight is 5"6. My goal
is 135 or 130, But i cant to see if somebody tell me a good diet that i can
follow, and love to eat and especially at night time when i get home from work..
nad can do great during the day, but at night time i love to eat before bed. and
people tell e that's bad..:( Can somebody help me please. thank youuu :)
I am in the same boat as you....I only have one child and I can not seem to
loose the "baby fat". It does not help I was on birth control that one of the
side effect is "minimal weight gain" I am sorry but when I was younger (before I
got pregnant) I was 125 and I could not even gain an ounce and then I had the
child and went back to 135 and about 3 months later I started on birth control
and now i am having trouble keeping the weight off. My current weight is 192 and
I need to loose this weight...it is depressing to me and I feel unhealthy.
I am currently eating ALOT of yogurt to see if that will help. I am going on
bike rides with my child every day. I will let you know on my progress. The only
other thing I have found that helps is make sure you eat at least something
every meal. I eat healthy stuff all day long, but have not seen any change.
