I Am 22 years old i weigh 140 5'4, i want to try to lose 20 lbs, what stes
should i take to do this special k diet??? any suggestions.? and how does this
diet work?
i take a multi vitamin, and drink a lot of water plus i take hydroxycut half
doses

Not so good I only lost two pounds because with having low blood sugar I have to
eat before I sugar goes low and I work for a fast food restaurant which is Taco

I checked the website and it's very sweet. It made me realize how much I"ve
accomplished trying to lose weight. Thank you very much. It was vereally fun. I
saw myself virtually from a 128lbs down to 110-113lbs. now, I'm asian, 27 years
old, and 4'11". I really want to lose 2   now and this website you've shared
with us is awesome. Again, thanks. I'm still trying to lose 20lbs more, I'm
opting for 93lbs. that's my goal. Right now, I'm dedicately discipling myself
and using the Special K products along with my 1 and 1/2 hour workout everyday
(1hour aerobics/yoga and 1/2 hour cardio/taebo). It has definitely worked for
me. I'm still working on loosing more pounds. Again, thank you for the virtual
website. It's really fun!

I love the Strawberry/Kiwi.. I buy the mixes, much cheaper!  I also like the
Iced Tea flavor :) I cannot believe how it really makes me feel full!!!

I have cereal for breakfast
protein water for snack
meal bar for lunch
snack bar at 3
then a healthy supper

but I certainly do have my coffee in the morning!!! :) Skim and splenda in it
though, or my sugar free French Vanilla Creamer

That is my day.... NOT telling anyone they have to eat that way!!  I have been
jumped on way too much in this group, so i am CMA!!!! :)

I need help really bad! I love the Special K Cinnamon and Pecans I eat it even
when I was'nt on a diet. But now I need to get serious and I think I can do this
diet because I love ceral.

Howdy folks! I'm Katie, and I started my challenge yesterday. I'm 28, married,
live in Delaware, and am 40 lbs 'overweight'. My husband is supportive, and is
completely willing to help me along the way.
We're going on a cruise at the end of April, which is really only part of my
motivation for this diet, but it was the jumpstart for this.
My big problem right now is hunger. I'm following the diet to the letter, 1c on
cereal with 2/3c of skim milk & fruit (banana's today & yesterday), snack bar,
meal bar, snack bar (protein water yesterday), and a sensible dinner. But I get
shaky and weird feeling, like my sugars are dropping drastically. and Im HUNGRY.
I had a normal sized dinner (which is pretty small admittedly), and I was
starved afterwards.
Is this normal for the first few days? Any suggestions for something to do about
it?

Hi Karen. My name is Amber and I would also like to lose around 30lbs. The
problem for me is that I never know where to start. As far as exercise goes
that's hard to do with 3 kids. I also know that having kids is not a very good
excuse not to exercise. My husband just started a new diet as well. He would
like to lose weight to get off the meds that he is having to take. I am trying
to follow his example. Please feel free to share any advice that you may find
helpful and I will do the same. Good luck........

currently around 138 lbs.

my personal understanding is that 'fat' is determined by what's more than
required on your body. all bodies are different and our genes define the
regulars in our body. sizes 0-2 might be perfect for some, but thin or even
fat for some. really depends!

How mush are you looking to lose? 2 pounds is a lot harder than I thought :(
What is your meal schedule looking like?
I'm make my breakfast and dinner SpecialK Blueberry and then I have sushi for
lunch(I know, sushi isnt always the healthiest thing but thats my addiction
haha!) I snack on fruit(A lot) and occasionally I'll have one of the 90 calorie
snack bars!

Hi,

I'm 33 years old and weigh 5'3" @ 140. I'm also trying to loose 15 - 20 lbs.
Maybe we could buddy up. I just joined a gym last Friday and have been
consistently working out.  I feel I could really stick to this diet, the hard
part is when I have to come home from work and cook for the kids.

Hi I think you should forget numbers if the jeans looks good on you forget the
size a lot of  brands can vary. And watch your bmi much more important than lbs

I am close to where you are. I weight 150 and am 5'4 and a half inches. I would
love to chat. I also would like to be 130. I ecxercise alot, but I have trouble
with my eating in the evening. I have 4 kids left at home, and a husband and it
seems like they spend the evenings eating. All  the smells are too much for me,
and every night I seem to cave.

Hello people, my name is Nicole and I'm 25, from Canada. I just joined this
group a few days ago and don't know much about the Special K diet but am trying
to eat healthy and lose weight, hopefully about 20 lbs. My big problem is being
addicted to sweet sugary stuff and junk food; I am good for awhile but then I
binge which sucks and I need help to quit doing this as it's very unhealthy!
I exercise almost every day for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs and I recently started
eating breakfast in the hopes that it would help my metabolism and would be
better for me. I'm trying to train myself what healthy eating is; after years of
having disordered eating, my body doesn't know how to respond to food :(
My goals are: to quit binge-eating, to cut WAY down on the amount of sugar I
consume, to find peace and balance in daily eating (ie, healthy), to lower my
bodyfat percentage, tone up my body and lose about 20 lbs to get back to my
ideal weight.
Any suggestions and tips, please feel free to share, it would be very much
appreciated! I would love to have support, get to know you guys and give support
