Hi my name is Anna and i am 21 years old. Currently i have been under
alot of stress due to work and trying to go back to school. when i was
in high school i was very athletic and always on the move, now ive
gotten lazy. But i want to return to that old me. I want to lose at
least 20lbs and get into my athletic shape again. I want tighter
abs/stomach.

Hey! I am a ballerina that is overweight compared to a lot of other
dancers. As I get older I realize that if I ever want to partner with a
guy in the Nutcracker than I need to lose weight!!! So I am giving the
Special K Challenge a try. I hope it works!!!

out of the ones i tryed the strawberry was the only one i can stand they havent
brought out chocolate one yet. i never tryed the special k ones

hi, my name is raghda, i am a pharmacy student. 2 years ago i lost
about 110 pounds by myself and i kept my weight for a year but last
year i had alot of problems and i gained about 50 pounds. now i want to

i know how this is i want to lost weight and try to watch what i eat but how do
you chose healthy when your surrounded by fast food my hardest is at work when
everyone else is eating anything they want. i just need a snack i can throw in
my bag and take with me without being in the ice box. i think we should come up
with a list of snacks we all can eat that will help us??? any ideas

For the longest time i worked at a fast food restraunt and all i would
do is eat there food. but i gained weight from that so what i would do
is bring my own lunch. but dont make it at home, bring the ingredients
and all to work and make it there. it works! i have done it b4 and one
of my co workers (no lie) dropped their food and came over to me and
took my food away. i had to chase her in order to get it back

Hi..Im 51 yrs old and this is actually the first diet i've ever tried
in my life. My DIL (she just had a baby)and I are starting the Special

I have lost over 40 pounds this past year, I still need to lose about
40 more, are there any 50 year old and above in this group who are
