Hi I am new.
I will like to know if this "diet" really works. I had a baby and it
has been hard to lose the extra weight. I am at 155 and 5' 5" and I am
little down because I need to lose so much and my weight has not move
much with the exercise I am doing. So I decide that this could make me
feel good if I see results and keep with my exercise rutine. I know I
have to lose a lot, my normal weigh tis 120 so this extra 35 lbs are
making me really depress.
