Hi Jennie:
I can complete relate with a few of the things that you pointed out. The whole "I'm too busy to exercise." Though in truth, I just don't make the time/take the time to exercise. I don't really hate the close in my closet. It's more that I hate that I can't wear what I want to wear because it doesn't fit me. (Like the chinese style tops. I've wanted one forever, but my chest size is too big to fit into the largest size that they make.)
The whole, "You do not need to change anything, you are beautiful the way you are..." While it is true, I tend to respond that I want to lose weight for my health. Diabeties runs in my family. I'd rather not have to give myself shots. Also, I love living. I want to live as long as I can. That means taking care of my body.
I understand "waiting until you have the money to by the products to start." I did the same thing. I finally started yesterday and am hoping to get into a size 18 again by Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving (Cuz I'm sorry, I can't pass up Ham and Turkey and sweet potatoes and pie) I'll continue the Challenge with the hope of getting down to a 16 by Yule. After Yule, If I continue the challenge, maybe I can get back down to a 14 by summer. The only problem is, staying motivated...
Good luck on your journey. Lets cheer one another on.
Carol

Hello fellow members of Special K group, It's been a while since I've posted, that's because I have lacked the motivation and money to actually be in the group and take part of the challenge. I bought myself the necessary 'equipment', a.k.a the Special K products, and I am now prepared for this journey. Taking a step back and looking at all of the factors in my life that cause me to gain weight, I have come up with a few. I'm sure most of you can relate to all, if not some of these. -Telling myself I HAVE to start my diet at the beginning of a week so I say, well I am starting this Sunday, so today is Saturday, let's pig out... and actually never start Sunday. "I'm starting my diet tomorrow" has been an issue for me, and my tomorrow needs to get here today. -I'm too busy to exercise. That's just myself making an excuse so I can be lazy and do counterproductive things... oh like... EAT.
