I've kind of been lurking for the past couple of weeks or so. I was waiting until I had the money to pick up some Special K products to begin the challenge.
I tried the challenge, once before, about 5 or 6 years ago. It was before a lot of the products came out, and I had a difficult time with it. Eating too many carbs makes me sick. If I don't have the right balance of Protein in my diet, I feel really really bad.
After trying the protein shakes a few weeks ago, I decided to give it another try.
I have been struggling to drop the weight that I gained after a serious car accident 10 years ago. I use to be a size 14. After the accident I bumped up to an 18. I managed to drop back down to a 16, but then I got pregnant. After having 3 kids, I am now in a size 20 and not happy. I really want to be in a size 14 again, but I'll be happy with size 16.
I'm really hoping that this time I can make things
