holly: join the club. i am disgusted with myself these days, its like how did i
let myself go so long? thats funny about the baby weight! but it is just like
us to make excuses about our fat, mine is i have a glandular condition, doc said
i should take supplements for my thyroid, but i dont want to use this as an
excuse to lose weight. this morn i had cantaloupe, and water, and for lunch
about 3 wings with coleslaw and am meeting friends tonight to go to carrabbas
italian grill, its like i dont want to go out to eat that much because of the
temptation, i reward myself when i lose a pound or two and have a treat, ice
cream, chocolate, etc. you gotta reward yourself, i also threw out all the
clothes that dont fit me, i am an 18 and i gave away the 16's and the 14's that
do not fit. keep us motivated, diane

I would like to join the two of you; all of you really! I'm wanting to lose
about 70lbs - 75lbs as well. I'm around 230 and want to get to 155 to 160 where
I should be. I can't blame my weight on "baby" weight any more as my children
are now 7 and 5
