I started my diet on Tuesday 7-7-09. The morning started off great, except my
coffee routine, I am cutting back on my coffee as well because I tend to use too
much sugar. So mid morning I drank the protein water (which tastes really
good)and all was well. Needless to say everything was good, I spent the
afternoon cleaning my car to keep myself busy. By dinner time tho I had a
horrible headache, I can associate it to loss of caffeine and not eating the
junk food. But I ate dinner and nothing after that, went to bed a little early
and woke up feeling good. No one ever said this was going to be easy but the
best things in life are worth the effort. Tonight will be my big challenge I go
back to work tonight I work 7p-7a and when I get board I tend to munch. So I
plan on packing fresh fruit. So does anyone have a good book to recomend to keep
my busy at night. Thanks and good luck.
