I am new to the group, one way I stay on track is self talk, I have visual of
what size I want to be which is a size 10. I am size 14 now. I want to lose 30
lbs. I have not been on scale in over a month, but I am losing inches. I plan
on stepping on the scale maybe in August.
Even I fall of the band wagon but you still have to get back up again that is
the only way. I can eat a big mac and a med fry but I will make sure I drink
water and exercise the next day. Then continue on to eat right but we are human
but we have to help ourseIves focus on our goals.
Try hanging up pictures on a body image you would like to get to (that is
reasonable), that helps, keeping a food journal. Get strict without, when you
feel like emotional eating take the energy and work out, go for a walk, drink
water with lemon. Sticky notes are good to have, post them with positive
affirmations. When you go to the grocery store, don't buy any junk food, that
way you will not want it.
