Thank you for the website "dailyburn." I have registered with them.
I'm only on maintenance, but have a heck of a time with it. Have a
terrible sweet tooth.
Night time is my worst time. That's when I want to start snacking,
and of course, on the wrong things.

and exercise logging, most of the foods are pre entered in their database so you
just tell them what and how many servings you ate.
There is a "pro" (paid) option but a lot of the goodies are free.
You can keep track of your exercises and your meals very easily.
