I too need to lose a hundred pounds or more and your not alone. I have the same
problems with my knees and complete exhaustion. I start the Monday after the
holiday and all. I work in a job where I am constantly busy and always moving,
by the time I get home who has the energy to go for a walk.
I am getting desperate, I don't like the way I feel or look. Msybe we could
buddy up. I live in upstate New York and maybe we could provide inspiration to
