hey.....i too am about 5'6 and wear a size 14-16 roughly about 200 pounds...i
have actually lost six pounds! the thing with losing weight is portion control
and what you put in your mouth. i try and stick to wheat foods brown rices and
no red meat. instead of hamburger i use ground turkey. also fruit and vegetables
are the key. if i have a sweet tooth (which happens often) i eat a small bowl of
low-fat yogurt and grape-nuts. i bake a lot of chicken and keep the soda to a
glass a week...i hard..we just dont buy it when we go shopping. i hope this
