Congratulations Jenny,
I totally eliminated sodas from my life and I now only consume water with
crystal light packets. However, I try to stick with straight water.
As for my food consumption, it varies.
*Breakfast*
Special K cereal w/banana or yougurt
Snack - dried mango slices
*Lunch*
Healthy choice meal
Snack - dried mango slices
*Dinner*
Anything with turkey, chicken, or fish. I don't eat pork and I rarely
consume red meat. I try to keep as light as a chicken salad.
To date, I haven't weighed myself as I don't believe in scales. The way my
clothes fit is a better indication as to whether or not I lost weight.
