Hi Donna, there is no reason to not do it, it's all about will power, motivation, and really wanting to do it. if you want to lose weight all you have to do is find the time to do it, even if it means you have to get up earlier. if you have the time to watch tv. you have the time to exercise. NO EXCUSEES
