Re: [SpecialKgroup] Am I on the right track?

Hi dorinda,  if you eat the canned fruit, don't get the ones with the syrup, they are loaded with sugar, and the fruit even if you drain the juice it won't matter cause it soaked up the sugary syrup.  as far as the protein bars go, any one of them  that is sugarfree, would be good to eat. I personally eat either the Met-RX, PowerBar, or the Xtreme (which has  30 grams of protein)  yes there is a certain degree of sugar in it. but that is the only thing with sugar that i eat daily.   sometimes it's very hard to get the sugarfree stuff.
Always read the labels on the stuff you eat.  have a journal so you know what you eat on a daily basis,   watch your portions, excercise, do weightbearing exercises and aerobic as well.    good luck.
you'll make it.

Do you have some protein bars in mind? Also what about fruit? The fresh fruit is
a natural sugar, but do the cups of fruit about the same if you drain the juice.
